About - Sletten Norge AS is a FSSC 22000 certified seafood wholesale distribution and production company based in Oslo, Norway since 1993.


They specialize in Procurement, development, packaging and sales of Poultry, High-Quality Scampi, Halal Meat, Dry Food and Exotic Seafood as their speciality. East Coast, East Garden, Sea King, Sea Prince, Sea Queen, and Norfarm are the 6 brands owned by Sletten Norge.


Goals -


For Ecommerce: The main aim was to accelerate growth while increasing the sales demand of the company. Sletten Norge also wanted us to manage the inventory and other ordering systems fastening the turnaround time for the whole process while nullifying human error.


Automation: As their internal processes were not that sorted the main aim was to streamline their internal & operations. Sending yearly forecast reports to banks, limiting customers' credit on purchases. We also had to make sure that products meet their standard of quality while promoting sales.


Solution : While overall helping with the company growth for Sletten Norge over the period of 3.5 years Metazone also provided the following solutions.


  • Provided with a Systematically managed inventory and ordering system

  • Ordering system was fastened by removing the need for human labor support all together.

  • Strategic revenue generation with a sales driven system which boosted the sales upto a good percentage.

  • Faster turnaround time for all kinds of internal systems making the process faster, better and simpler.

  • Nullified human error with a 360 degree tech support.

  • As in Norway, it's mandatory to set up next year's financial and sales forecast. Team SN was manually creating sheets, to make the process easier & better we created a single click pdf generating format which can create the company's overall forecast and yearly sales forecast for all in one go.

  • Created a system to check unpaid bank invoices & credit limits owned by the customer blocking them to place further orders.

  • Hounded a system which sends alerts to the dispatch team for expired or nearly expiring products preventing them from sending the same hence ensuring a good customer experience.

  • Seller Reward Bonus Program: It’s a great idea to improve your sales by keeping your sales team happy. Sales team can get different rewards like 1% of the Sales amount or extra bonus based on their performance as per the criterion sales by no of product, by the quantity sold etc.

  • Created the dashboard in a way which would help track the productivity of the sellers with a list of most selling products.
