About - Kinross farm is a family owned and operated business which produces high quality eggs for more than 50 years now. Located in the foothills of Victoria's great dividing range in Australia.

Every part of the poultry production from growing day old chicks to feeding them they also manage milling, grading and value adding to the same ensuring quality of eggs every single time.

Goals - The goal was to create a modular system to control all areas of the farm to create a more efficient and cost effective operational & maintenance process. Along with this Kinross Farms wanted to create an online ordering system to streamline and grow their sales.

Modular Gel

• Metazone Partnered with BreakThrough and built a modular system to track incidents & Non-Conformance that might happen in the farm at any time.

• This makes sure that Each incident is reported by the user with exact date, time and location details so that the call to action can be done accordingly for the next user and also making it easy to have collective data at one place.

• Analysis of internal processes and avoiding errors reducing the time wastage & ensuring cost cutting hence increased profits.

Online Ordering System

• Provided an online ordering platform to users where they can login to view products & prices hence place order without going through any offline process. 

• Helped them to streamline their process and increase sales growth.

CRM

• As suggested by the name, we are in the process of building a CRM to manage customer databases & relationship management with them by capturing leads and collecting data of customers to grow sales while maintaining customer records/journey with us helping to promote the brand in the years to come.
