Goals -

  • A POS System was required To keep a track of sales of the 50% subsidized saplings grown by the farmers

  • Also a record of customer database was suppose to be recorded

  • A POS Mobile application was required because Keeping a Computer system in remote areas was not feasible.

  • The most important goal of the POS Was to be able to run in low network areas.

  • Also, one of the key features required was a user friendly interface with zero discrepancy in data recording.

Solution provided by Metazone -

  • The biggest solution was in the form of the CCPOS Mobile application.

  • CCPOS mobile app is optimized for various mobile and tab screens with a built in user friendly interface.

  • It is built on the latest technologies to support both Android and iOS making it a widely accessible application.

  • The biggest features include letting Users Customize their products from the backend into different categories, apply discounts on the final amount and also collect payment information and print receipts.

  • The application is designed in a way that even in a low network area or even when the mobile data is off the users can still place orders that will go to offline orders and can be synced later with orders manually as well as automatically.

  • The application also helps the program to keep a record of the customer data for further usage.
